Capellion Public Order Helmet (With Scarf)

A helmet worn by Peacekeepers across Capellion Federation worlds. Though not as technologically advanced or as strong as its military equivalent, the POH is more lightweight and offers practical protection without compromising the approachable presence expected of Federation Peacekeepers. Its retractable visor can be deployed when additional protection is required, while the open lower face allows officers to communicate clearly and interact naturally with the public. Commonly issued to Peacekeepers operating in busy city centers and other high-traffic areas, the POH provides an added layer of security for both officers and the communities they serve.
