This is an official Roblox Creator Store asset. The button opens its page on create.roblox.com, where you get it into your inventory or Studio. Roblox Modules does not sell, host or redistribute Roblox assets.
To use, simply select the model in studio mode along with having selected the model you would like to rotate, and grab one part of the tool, then place the object wherever you would like to place it. This is mainly used for CFraming whole models, as for some CFraming tools, it doesn't rotate the whole model.
