For them to be able to glow, including the color, lighting must be 255; 255; 255. To change lighting, go to Explorer, Click on lighting ONCE, and go to properties, make sure Lighting is highlighted in BLUE, then once your on properties, Click on the very top, and click that part, and then type in or click twice to change color. :3
