This is an official Roblox Creator Store asset. The button opens its page on create.roblox.com, where you get it into your inventory or Studio. Roblox Modules does not sell, host or redistribute Roblox assets.
It's a mini Start pack for users that'd like to make custom admin commands, comes with instructions on how it works. For it to work, place this model in "ServerScriptService". The script has little guides and hints that explain how it goes. You can also add more custom commands if you wish by adding "elseif" just above "else" located at the bottom of the script.
