RADIOHEAD. Involved in the 2001 "Office Stampede" incident. It's apperance consists of a radio for a head and a business suit. It's radio plays seems to be a song from the 1930's. Police found him sitting on a office chair infront of 103 deceased office workers. Only 7 survived the incident. The survivors did not know how this entity killed the 103 office workers. An anonymous organization told the police to hand them over the entity to take care of. Radiohead was never heard from again that day.
