PurchaseLoadingOverlay is a lightweight animated loading overlay for Roblox purchase flows. Call Show() when a purchase begins and Hide() when it finishes, and the module handles the full-screen background darkening, animated loading indicator, transitions, state tracking, and cleanup automatically.
