A window! if you want to enable rain, make the rain effect section transparency 0. if you want dirty windows, (which is enabled) make them transparency 0 aswell (otherwise 1) and if you want the windows to shatter, make sure you enable the glass shatter effects for 0.1 seconds, while making a glass break sound play in it. with making every effect on the windows invisible and making the glass invisible.
