Another modification of the E-16 to mount a 138mm howitzer for the artillery role. Due to the unique mounting of the gun, it can fully traverse and be used as a tank gun as well as a howitzer. Vehicle armor has been reduced to 70mm frontally, 50mm sides, and 40mm rear to compensate for the weight of the gun. Mobility has also taken a hit with road speeds at 35km/h forwards, 14km/h reverse, and a 28degrees/s hull traverse.
