These can (re)fill your bottle of water. Just put your bottle below the tap, then push a button. Then wait until the faucet stops running, and you've filled your bottle. If you don't have enough water first time, then repeat pushing button until you've enough water in your bowl. If the tap doesn't stop before you've too much water, just empty a bit out in the drain.
