The mattress can be positioned with an under-bed platforms at the head and feet. The object contains groups of models for better manipulation of individual parts. The wheels on the bed can be rotated in various directions. The bed rails can also be removed, or just moved lower. The mattress, top, and bottom platform have the Pivot set so that they rotate at the place where it is logically expected.
