The skybox used in the CS:GO version of Office (cs_office). It depicts a cloudy city (from the map's setting, during winter) with numerous skyscrapers on all sides. I did not make this skybox, I only extracted it from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and ported it to Roblox. This skybox belongs to Valve.
