A slight imrpovement on ROBLOXs latest health bar (as of 2014). Flashes red when a player loses health, flashes blue when they gain health, and flashes red repeatedly while the player has 1/5th of their health. Looks pretty nifty if I do say so myself, but it's an extremely simple script so feel free to modify it
