It is NOT acurate and anyone who has played Fallout 4 or and games of the fallout series know that. The actual vault doors are grey and have many technical doo-dads on them. The most resemblant to this is the vertical Vault 111 door, which is rounded, and says "vault-tec" on the rim. I just like the simple and iconic look of this cobalt blue and gold yellow.
