Gallifreyian Mesh Sky (Doctor Who)

Gallifrey, the planet of the Timelords. Their technology and genes are far superior to ours. However, the planet was destroyed by the Daleks, evil robot salt shakers. There is only one left, the Doctor. I wrote a fanfiction called the Time Hawks, where the Timelords created an entire race of Timelord-Hawk hybrids. Only two fleed when the Daleks came. Originally there were two pure timelord survivors, the heartbroken Doctor and the evil Master. The Doctor picked up another ship and thought it was the Master, but since that ship was the two Time Hawks' ship, how did the Master escape?
