Animated American Flag (Optimized)

Original model by Sinahi Hey Sinahi, not sure if you're still even around on the site, but I decided to leave a note here for you in case you run into this. I was looking for a flag model in the toolbox and I stumbled across this. I saw in the script notes that you knew your original script was inefficient but didn't know how to make it better. So, I did what you asked and optimized it a little bit for everyone. Now you can add or remove new frames freely without having to modify the script (as long as you follow the naming conventions.) That aside, I really do like this model, so thank you so much for making this publicly available for everyone to use!
