For sniper aim speed use ctrl F and find the wait time right before shot -1 thing. This npc locks on target pretty quick. I got this from toolbox and just mod it for my game. (I have night time levels wip) Easy to use just reweld the hats or guns (not m4 part but inside) if you change/move it. If you don't like this model for any reason just check out my other squad team AIs. Check for my final ones though because previous models lack some features.
