Teleport players from one game to the next, includes a custom message before players leave experience, which you can adjust. Note, for teleporting between experiences owned by yourself you don't need any permissions enabled as long as moderation age is the same, and games are public. If you are attempting to teleport players to a game not owned by you, you need to enable "Allow Third Party Teleports" in Security tab of Game Settings, and other game owner must do the same.
