A house I was planning to use for a tycoon. Pretty simplistic, but it is split up in different parts that progress from a foundation to the roof. Perfect for a Tycoon. Feel free to use for whatever and modify it however you want. Oh yeah, and don't forget to change the door lock scripts to fit your Tycoon.
