Loxi's Gui Rescaler

This is a remake of another already great plugin made by NationalistRule known as "Personal GUI Rescaler". If you use it, you should try this plugin out! The goal of their plugin was to make GUI fit for all devices by changing their offset to scale. You will find this plugin useful if you work with UI. ________________________________________ What does this fork include that the original doesn't? - The ability to rescale GUI parented by non GUI objects as long as it has an ancestor that's a GUI object. (Original would bug out and not rescale the GUI) - Logs and Warnings in the output that let you know what GUIS have been rescaled and if a GUI failed to be rescaled. (Both are configurable) - Ability to rescale all GUI parented by StarterGui - Ability to rescale selected GUI ONLY - Then the original button from the original plugin that rescaled selected GUI and their descendants.
