Here is a very useful Roblox Plugin for GUI animation! In fact, you will be able to animate UIGradient with Frame, TextButton, TextLabel, etc... with various different styles, from shine style to rainbow! The Plugin is still in beta so don't expect too much. Impossible not to have it!
