RenderingTest Transformation Tool

It is somewhat a work in progress, but it does get the job done. This plugin is designed to add support for moving and rotating RenderingTest objects using Handles and ArcHandles. To activate the Handles, select the RenderingTest object and then either click on the Move or Rotate ribbon tool (Under Home). You can move multiple RenderingTest objects just by selecting multiple of them. However rotating multiple will not rotate around the handle but instead rotate around each object's pivot point (the tip of the camera).
