Weather Effects Builder - Rain Snow Fog

Add weather to your scene in one click. Pick a weather type and the plugin drops a falling-precipitation effect (rain, snow, sand or ash - real ParticleEmitters, no scripts) plus the matching Lighting, fog and color grade. 8 presets: Rain, Heavy Rain, Snow, Blizzard, Fog, Storm, Sandstorm and Ash Fall. Toggle which layers apply (Precipitation / Lighting-Fog / Color Grade), and every apply is a single undo. Move or resize the WeatherRig part to cover your map. Clear removes it and restores Studio defaults. NO scripts are added to your game - it only edits the Workspace and Lighting at edit time, so your published place stays clean.
