Ledger: DataStore History & Rollback

A bad update went out an hour ago and everyone's save is wrong. The earlier data may still exist: Roblox keeps hourly backups for 30 days after a newer write replaces them. Ledger browses standard data stores from Studio, shows what a key holds now, lists up to 50 recent versions, and compares a selected version field by field before you restore it. For a wider repair, choose a point up to 30 days back. Ledger previews up to 500 matching keys, counts what would change, and shows the affected keys before writing. It checks Studio's request budget before each read and write. Each rollback leaves a record in ServerStorage with every attempted key and result. Writing stays locked until you unlock it for the Studio session. Restore uses SetAsync to create a new current version. Retained older versions remain available for another restore. Works on live standard data stores, not a copy. Studio API access must be enabled. Ordered stores and metadata preservation are outside this release.
