This is an official Roblox Creator Store asset. The button opens its page on create.roblox.com, where you get it into your inventory or Studio. Roblox Modules does not sell, host or redistribute Roblox assets.
This plugin allows a developer to load an asset from the catalog (as long as it can be loaded). To do so, just copy the id of the item, and place it inside the text box. Click submit, and there you have it.
