Grid placement system + 17-piece modular building kit for base-building, tycoon, plot and construction games. Insert the model, press Play, choose a piece and click a plot. Includes: • 4-stud cell snapping and 90° rotation • Floor, wall and roof occupancy layers • Bounds/occupancy validation and exact-piece remove mode • Server-side validation, rate limiting and plot ownership • Save/load helpers using plain Lua tables • 17 grid-authored pieces: floors, walls, corners, door, window, roof, stairs and props • Two example plots plus an in-model README and API Important scope: • NO BUILT-IN DATASTORE PERSISTENCE — connect the returned save table to your own storage. • One storey; floors do not stack. • Rectangular plots. • Lattice occupancy is validated; arbitrary non-Lattice scenery is not. • Your game assigns/releases plots as players join or leave.
